Inka Flooring was founded by Julio and Eliana Vidal — a husband-and-wife team united by a shared vision: to bring world-class flooring installation to Central Florida homes, with a level of cleanliness and precision rarely seen in the industry.
Together, we started Inka Flooring to do things the right way — no shortcuts, no excuses, no compromise on quality.
Eliana Vidal
Eliana has called Lakeland home for 21 years. A Plant City High School graduate who went on to earn her degree from USF, she handles sales and business operations with the same care she brings to every client relationship.

Julio Vidal
Julio has lived and breathed flooring since his early twenties. Starting as an installer, he mastered the craft from the ground up — learning that the difference between a good floor and a great one comes down to preparation, precision, and respect for the homeowner's space.
He went on to serve as assistant manager for a leading flooring company, coordinating installation teams and working closely with sales — gaining invaluable insight into what makes projects succeed and what causes them to fail. That experience taught him one critical lesson: shortcuts always show up later.

Our name and logo aren't just branding — they're a promise. The traditional Peruvian geometric pattern in our logo represents the precision and meticulous craftsmanship that's been passed down through generations of Peruvian artisans.
